What is your returns policy?


If you are unhappy with your item or it is damaged, please initiate a return through the website within 7 days of receiving your package.  You will receive a store credit to your account or refund to your credit card once the item is received and inspected.  Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping (unless your item is damaged in the mail or incorrect).  

Items must be mailed back within 2 weeks of initiating return.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to process.

How do I track my order?


All items will be shipped via USPS.  All orders have a tracking number (US Orders Only).

First class mail usually takes 1-4 days for the US and about 1-2 weeks for Canada.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.  Please understand that once it leaves our hands, it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely.  Please make sure your address is correct when you check out.

**For an additional cost you may add insurance to your order to insure that you do not have a lost package.
